OTCC Proposed Rule - OPEN for Public Comment Period


The Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact Commission (OTCC) is an ongoing nationwide effort to establish interstate licensure by promulgating uniform rules of practice standards. Currently, 32 states, including Alabama, are already compact members with current Legislation enacted to adopt the OTCC rules and regulations.

The OTCC is notifying the public that a comment period is open for review of the DRAFT Rule Conversion of Privilege to Practice to Home State License

You are invited to review the OTCC's Proposed Draft Rule and submit your comments during the public comment period  by taking these actionable steps:

The public comment period will OPEN on December 12, 2025, and CLOSE on January 12, 2026Comments must be received NO LATER than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on January 12, 2026, to be considered by the OTCC.
